MY FAVORITE VIDEO GAMES
I grew up watching my older brother play with his playstation and gamecube. When we got the chance to play on the Wii together, we would go on Mario Kart, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was so amazed by watching him and his group of friends play all the time that I told my dad I wanted more video games, so he got me a gameboy, almost every version of the DS, and my own Wii (my brother took his). From there thats when I started to get attached. I started to play more at the boardwalks whenever we went, even though they were rigged, it was entertaining.
After the DS stage with Mario Bros., Sonic, Pokemon, Kirby, and other legendary DS games, I moved on slightly.Years later my dad got me a laptop. He bought almost everyone of my gaming systems and for that I'm grateful. I was addicted and I basically lived more at his house rather than my moms. As a kid, Poptropica, Animal Jam, Club Penguin (R.I.P.), and Fantage (R.I.P), was what I played most. Gamefudge was another game wesbite that I went on a lot too. Once Apple started to become more popular, my dad got me an iPad, and I downloaded so many games, including.. Minecraft. Fourth/Fifth grade Brianna was grinding on the mobile version of minecraft until I was able to get a PC account. After that, the game took up almost two years of my life.
Nowadays I play on my PS4, where I turn to Fortnite, Call of Duty, GTA V, and other games. I also play Fortnite on my phone as well, where I connect my PS4 account to the mobile game.
Call of Duty has to be one of my favorites ever, especially Black Ops. My older cousin introduced me to it on his Xbox 360 with Black Ops 2, from there I started to
sleepover mainly to play on Nuketown and kill all of the bots (sadly he didn't have Xbox Gold). Once I got my PS4, I got Black Ops 3 and WWII and played with all of my friends in a party. We called ourselves the "CBJG Gang" which is only the first letters of our
names. We put those in our Clan Tags and had our banners say it as well. Even though we split up and don't play as much anymore, it was still a fun experience.
GTA V I started the same time as Black Ops, my cousin Roy introduced it to me. Since he didnt have Xbox Gold, I played in the Story mode as Franklin most of the time,
I customized a few cars and did heists just to get the hang of it. When I got my PS4, I bought the game and played Online where I customized my own character and played with the "CBJG Gang". After months of playing and learning with my friends, I had a CEO, a Motorcycle club, and a Penthouse.
I also had a few of the most expensive cars in the game (at the time). I still love playing in Story Mode as well, to play as the main characters of the game, but playing online is fun because you can collide with other people from around the world, just like other multiplayer games.
I recently started playing Fortnite more towards the beginning of the year (around March). Since then I've had some funny memories in the game. I fell off multiple mountains, hills, etc. I saw my teammates, cousins, and friends goof around
in the middle of a battle, and I also saw them get thrown in the air from impulse and shockwave grenades. I started in its season 4 at the time, but I didn't really understand the game too much. I played on my PS4 in the beginning and once it went to mobile I downloaded it on my phone as well. I play with my cousins and my friends to complete challenges in the Battle Pass and get Vbucks and exclusive skins,
emotes, and other accessories. When season 5 came around I knew everything about the game. To be honest I'm better on my phone (yes, a mobile player..) than I am on the console because I'm not on it as much. It's about to be season 7 (as of today) which is a winter-related/Christmas-related season, where there is snow throughout the map and an "Iceberg" added on the bottom left.
