My Favorite Sports Teams

I love watching all the sports even if I am not as knowledgable in them as I am in others. I watch three sports on a regular basis. Those are soccer, football, and basketball. I watch those three whenever they are on, I am a very big sports fan. Soccer is my sport of preference since I grew up watching soccer with my father and mother every weekend. I would watch soccer from morning until night time at times. I have a favorite team that I have supported since I was little in each sport. Im a big Arsenal fan for soccer, I am also a big Lakers fan for basketball, and finally I am a big fan of the 49ers for football. Sports are one of the most important things in my life. I hope to go and watch a Lakers game at Staples Center in California in the future and also hoping to go watch a Arsenal game in London in the future aswell.

My main sports team is Arsenal. I love soccer more than any other sport because I grew up with soccer and both of my parents were both soccer fans. I remember kicking my first soccer ball when I was 3 in my backyard. Soccer has always been my favorite sport. My parents support a team from Portugal called Benfica. I also support them but the team that I chose to support myself is Arsenal. Legends like Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp influenced me to support Arsenal at the time. Some of my favorite players play for Arsenal like Lacazette and Aubameyang. I also really enjoyed the style of play that Arsenal enstilled in their brand of soccer. I have been supporting Arsenal since a little boy and my passion for the club still hasn't changed at all over the years.

The Lakers have had so much success in the past with greats like Kobe Bryant and Magic Johnson. When I started watching basketball casually the Lakers had Pau Gasol, Kobe Bryant and Lamar Odom. I loved the way Kobe Bryant played and the dog he had in him. I had no idea at the time how succesful the Lakers were in previous years holding 16 NBA championships. I just really enjoyed their style of play and their superstar Kobe Bryant. I became a Lakers fan because of Kobe and have been following ever since. The Lakers haven't had much success in recent years. We have missed the playoffs for a few years in a row now which isn't normal for a franchise as big as the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers have been rebuilding there franchise in the last few years and with the Western Conference becoming increasingly more competitive each year the Lakers needed to add a superstar around their young core of talented players. Lebron joined up with the Lakers during this summer offseason and has given us the lift we needed. We are currently 4th in the Western Conference and playing really well. The Lakers are finally starting to play and win the way the Lakers team of when I first started watching did.
