My Story

My Intro to League of Legends

I was introduced to League probably 3 years ago through some friends. I couldn't figure out how to run it and after a while I got it to work. I got on and and worked on my account details, later I Skyped my friends and they taught me how to play. I started off playing with enemy CPU's and I remember being really nervous because it was so hard to figure out the game. After a while I got the hang of it and I got my first kill which felt amazing. After a couple games I was introduced to the PVP version where I would test my skills against other fellow new League users and so I played top lane with Vel'Koz and also Twisted Fate. It was hard at first but I eventually got good and I kept playing for a couple of months, but then I stopped.

Picking It Up Again

Tahm Kench One of the main reasons why I stopped playing League was due to school. The work load was beginning to become a lot tougher but after a couple of months I started playing again. A lot has changed, but I wasn't enjoying playing the same champion over and over, so I decided to play a different role. I picked up mid lane but I was not that good at the time so I just stopped. Then I went Support where I would help the team and get the kills, it felt really good and I played Morgana which was a really good support. My friend recommended me to play Thresh so I did. I bought the champion and played only two games, it went awful. I didn't understand how to play with him and it just didn't work out so I sticked with Morgana and also Tahm Kench when he first came out. Tahm Kench became my favorite support and I just sticked with him and there I got better at him.

How Far I've Come

ThreshFast forward a year later and I have been playing support pretty much every game, getting a lot better and more confident by making flashy plays. One they when I played I decided to play Thresh once again and to my surprise I did really well that I kept playing with him. As more time passed along I found myself enjoying playing Thresh with the potential he has to make some amazing plays. I played so many games that it got to the point where I became a Thresh god and earning my level 6 mastery with him. I really want to get my level 7 mastery which is the highest you can get and I would need 3 tokens to achieve it and I just currently need one more to get it. I also started to play another role which was the jungle and I was horrible at first because I didn't know what to do. As time went on I became much more efficient and I also was more aware about where I needed to be at certain times. This summer I will make the effort to try to play rank more since I would not have to worry about school and try to g et to silver and just keep going from there.
